5. Apps and Marketplace

Developers who publish apps on the marketplace must comply with our developer guidelines. Ping5r is not responsible for third-party apps or their content.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ping5r is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
