Ping5r engages the vendors listed below to process personal data on our behalf under GDPR Article 28 compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We review each sub-processor's security posture before onboarding and we notify users of material changes to this list. If you object to a new sub-processor, email privacy@ping5r.com within 30 days of notice and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include account termination with a pro-rated refund.

All sub-processors listed are located in the United States. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See our Privacy Policy for details.
