Refund Policy

Ping5r offers several paid products: one-time vanity ping address purchases, Premium subscriptions, creator tips, and prepaid ad balance. The rules below describe when a refund is available for each. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.

Vanity ping addresses

A vanity address is a one-time purchase that permanently reserves a specific 5-octet address for your account. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the address has not yet been assigned or used on the platform (for example, if payment succeeded but the reservation has not been finalized). Once an address has been assigned to your account, it is yours and is not eligible for refund — you may continue to use it, transfer it between your own accounts where allowed, or release it.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time from the Billing portal in your settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops. We do not pro-rate the current period and we do not refund past periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe your subscription was charged in error — for example, a failed cancellation or an unauthorized charge — email support@ping5r.com within 30 days and we will investigate.

Creator tips

Tips are transfers from one member of the network to another, and they are generally final once sent. We do not offer routine refunds on tips because the recipient may already have relied on the funds. That said, we review cases of demonstrated fraud, mistaken recipient, duplicate charges, or unauthorized account access on a case-by-case basis — contact support@ping5r.com with the transaction details.

Ad spend

Prepaid ad balance that has not yet been consumed by an active or completed campaign is refundable on request. Once impressions have been delivered against a campaign, the portion of the balance corresponding to delivered impressions is non-refundable. Email support@ping5r.com from the account email to start a refund of unused ad balance.

How to request a refund

For anything listed on this page, email support@ping5r.com from the email address on the account. Include your ping address, the approximate date of the charge, and the Stripe receipt number if you have it. You can also reach us through the Contact page. We aim to respond within three business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live — for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, which applies to applicable digital services subject to the standard exceptions for immediately-delivered digital content.
