Under Article 11 and Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), authorities and users of the service may contact Ping5r at dsa@ping5r.com in English. Electronic communication is accepted. We aim to acknowledge valid authority notices within 24 hours.

DSA legal representative in the EU

Not applicable. Ping5r does not meet the threshold of a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) under Article 33 DSA. The service has fewer than 50 million average monthly active recipients in the Union. If this changes, we will designate a legal representative under Article 13 DSA and update this page.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Status

Ping5r is currently operated by an individual founder. Once a limited liability company or equivalent legal entity is registered, this imprint will be updated with the full registered address, commercial register entry, VAT identification number, and any sector-specific regulators. All contact emails above will remain valid during the transition.
